Mrs. Suazo has tweeted this bird beak lab until it flies away with top honors as one of the best Science labs. Students learned how models assist scientists in understanding the universe as well as experience the simulation of a bird trying to pick up food to eat. Through the generosity of Audubon Zoo, students were able to apply what they learned the next day when they examined real and model skulls of birds. We appreciate the time and effort Mrs. Monica Pasos, Audubon Zoo Education Director, expended on our behalf when she visited MAAS with the numerous bird skulls and animal pelts. A high five wing to Audubon Zoo and Mrs. Suazo for this lab helping us to soar on LEAP!!
When i went to skyp in a mini lap top, the only that went wrong was the mini laptops overheating and the guy in college not being able to hear us speak!
I had a great time doing this lab!!!
